    Data Collected

    We collect: full name, age, nationality, city, WhatsApp number, email, experience, brief introduction and photo.

    Purposes

    Application evaluation, communications about job opportunities, contract management.

    Legal Basis

    Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

    Data Recipients

    Data is processed internally by authorized Nikita Eventi staff. For form transmission we rely on an external provider (form delivery service) acting as Processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

    Extra-EU Transfer

    Data is stored and processed within the European Union. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

    Retention

    Data is retained only as long as necessary, no more than 24 months.

    Your Rights

    You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and request portability of your data (Art. 15-22 GDPR). To exercise these rights write to info@nikitaeventi.com or WhatsApp +39 351 332 1711. We respond within 30 days.

    Complaint to Authority

    We do not use automated decision-making or automated profiling under Art. 22 GDPR. Each application is reviewed by a person on our team.
