    1. Acceptance of terms

    Use of nikitaeventi.com implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

    2. Service description

    Nikita Eventi selects candidates and introduces them to partner nightlife venues in Central and Northern Italy for guest welcome, floor entertainment, dance and lap dance activities. The employment relationship is between the candidate and the hiring venue: Nikita Eventi is not the employer. Applications can be sent through the online form.

    3. User obligations

    The user warrants that data and information entered in the application form are truthful, accurate and current. Submitting unlawful, infringing or false content is forbidden. To apply you must be at least 18 years old.

    4. Intellectual property

    All site contents (text, graphics, logo, images) are property of Nikita Eventi or their respective owners and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written permission is forbidden.

    5. Limitation of liability

    Nikita Eventi commits to providing an accurate service but does not guarantee absence of errors or interruptions. Application does not in itself guarantee selection or hiring. Any work relationships will be regulated by separate contracts.

    6. Changes to the terms

    Nikita Eventi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.

    7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the consumer's forum shall have exclusive jurisdiction where applicable, otherwise the court of the Controller's registered office.
